Janet, here is a link to a thread that discusses this window. [link pulled for duplicate content warning] It's a pretty frank discussion and the conclusion I draw personally is that I wouldn't risk having this brand of window in my home. No need to take a risk when there are 20 brands out there that MUCH more tried and tested. I'll send you my list of the best window brands to consider.

Case Study: 7D Window Alignment and Quality Control (2018)
Using a grant program, I'm replacing my windows with double hung vinyl lowe windows. The window they've chosen is 7D, which I can't seem to get any information on.
I haven’t been offered any window manufacturer except the 7D, even though they aren’t mentioned in the contract I am somehow supposed to know their specs are the same or better than the contract Napco windows. I had the inspector and the wholesaler out to see the windows aren’t in line.
The wholesaler could not see anything wrong that the top sash and bottom sash grids were out of alignment. The installers are trying to align tomorrow and if they can’t get them straight can you recommend other manufactures in this price bracket with better quality control? I appreciate all of your help.

Debby, I know almost nothing about 7D, I'm not sure I've ever heard of them. I did a bit of research and found out that they're a wholesale manufacturer. I did find a thread that discusses them (use the link below).
I would find out whether you could use other manufacturers besides just 7D or at least explore the possibility. The idea of using a company that has such a low profile in the retail window market seems possibly problematic down the road.
Advice: If your installer cannot resolve the alignment issues, request a switch to a brand with more robust quality control in this price bracket. Using a brand with a low retail presence can lead to "problematic" maintenance or parts sourcing down the road.
