Magnolia Windows Reviews

Magnolia Windows is a bit of a catch all term for three distinct companies/series here in the U.S. (Perhaps there are more, but these are the three I could pinpoint.)

1. Magnolia Window & Door Company: This is a Knoxville, Tennessee window installer that receives vey good reviews for their work. They sell the Ultimate 3000 series as their double hung option - though I don't really know which window this is to be honest. If you do, please let me know.

2. Magnolia Windows In Chicago: This Chicago, Illinois based company is an authorized Oknoplast Window Dealer. Honestly, I know little to nothing about Oknoplast Windows - here’s what I know. They are German made and are available as either vinyl or aluminum clad. There are very few reviews on these windows. If you do have any information or Oknoplast Windows reviews, please send them our way.

3. The Magnolia Collection 400 Series: This is a new construction window that is described on the brochure as an economical window series. (This usually means an entry level series, but I can't confirm this as of yet) The Magnolia window is available in a number of (primarily) southern states and is sold by West Lake Royal Building Products.

Dane, Good Morning, I was wondering what your opinion of this window was. This is a private label window sold by magnolia window and door in Knoxville. It is foam filled and some improved seals. He also offers lifetime warranty on windows and installation. Thanks for your help. Its on the Alside 3001 series.

Benjamin, Alside Windows are not at the top of my recommended brand list. I just think there are better brands out there. However, Magnolia Window And Door gets excellent reviews and that means something. I would ask them if they carry any other brands and see what they say. Here are my Tennessee recommendations...

Hi, have you heard of West Lake Royal Building Products? They are selling single hung magnolia collections out of the South East. I'm in Atlanta, GA, trying to figure out if I should get this window from Builder Surplus. Westlake Royal Windows

I've got 22 double hung (going to replace with single), 4 picture windows so I'm trying to get a good deal. Any guidance would be appreciated on cost or whatever. Window Replacement Cost

Saad, I have never heard of West Lake Royal Building Products. It looks like they sell three different series: the Krestmark, Legacy, and Magnolia. I know what Krestmark is and I believe the Legacy might by made by Vinyl Kraft. (Vinyl Kraft Windows Reviews) So I'm guessing the Magnolia is perhaps just a relabeled series of some kind. When I clicked on the link, I says the 400 series. It's possible that it's the Okna 400 series, but I don't know if that's true. I would go back and straight up ask them if its a relabeled series and if so what it is. They should be able to give you a straight forward answer. If not, I'd move on. Krestmark Windows Reviews

I advice homeowners not to skimp on windows if you are in your home long term. It can end up costing you more money and lots of headache in the long run. I do have some Atlanta recommendations if you'd like to take a look...
