What They Sell
The company sells Sunrise vinyl windows, which are now owned by MI Windows and Doors. Look for the V4000 series and higher. They also sell wood windows, although the website does not indicate what the actual brand of wood windows that they sell. In terms of their doors, the company sells ProVia Doors, which is probably my number one door brand in the country. All in all, this is an impressive list of windows and doors.
Their Warranty
The company offers a lifetime warranty to the original buyer for as long as they own their home. I believe the warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner, but the new warranty term was not explained on the website.

Window And Door Outlet vs American Home Remodeling
Thank you, Dane, Ideal told me that they do not sell directly to customers. They referred me to a dealer called Window And Door Outlet. Unfortunately, they cannot come out today. I got an appt. for tomorrow. I will keep you posted. However, I am doing the kitchen renovation and I had an appt. with American Home Remodeling today. They told me that they also do windows. Dor Win in Elwood, NJ.
They quoted me for $770 for a double-hung window or picture; $1000 for the 1/2 circle window. So, the total is only $7930 for 10 windows, which sounds like a great price, compared to all other 3 quotes. Can I trust American Home Remodeling and Dor Win?

Jade, American Home Remodeling gets very good reviews, but it doesn't sound like they are focused on windows all that much. That gives me a bit of pause. It looks like they use Alside, which are just kind of okay windows. Dor Win doesn't get all that of reviews from what I'm seeing. I would get a bid from Ideal and see how it compares.
