Bill Haynes Ultra Elite 9000 vs. Provia Endure
My husband and I are replacing 20 windows in what is turning out to be a rather expensive renovation. We have two bids, both of which we like, but don't know which is the best option.
One is on the Provia Endure window and the cost was $12,000. The other was on the Ultra Elite 9000 window from Bill Haynes Company. I'd never heard of it, but the bid price is $12,500.
Do you have any opinions on these two?

Jan, I don't know anything about the Ultra Elite 9000 window or about Bill Haynes Company. I looked them up and they had 8 reviews on Google, all 5 Stars. That says something for sure. I looked at a brochure of their windows and they looked pretty good. However, without more energy efficiency numbers, I can't say for sure. The ProVia Endure is a proven winner and one that I would put some stock in. I think it would come down to the installer for the ProVia; what is their track record, reviews, etc.
