Reynolds Windows Reviews

Reynolds (now defunct) was an Ohio-based manufacturer that specialized in vinyl windows and doors. Reynolds had been owned by Norandex Windows. Then, in 2007, Saint-Gobain (the largest European building supply company) acquired Norandex / Reynolds for is more than 150 U.S. distribution centers across nearly 40 states. This was Saint-Gobain's entrance into the U.S. window market, which they never really made in earnest (or perhaps I should say never reaally panned out - they do own CertainTeed.)

In 2011, Norandex restructured and dropped the Reynolds from its name. In 2015, ABC Supply Co. bought Norandex was acquired by ABC Supply Co. and have owned it ever since. (ABC Supply Reviews) Quite a history right? Welcome to the replacement window industry!

Overall Rating: Reynolds Windows gets a 4.0 out of 5 stars based on 2 consumer reviews below.

Please Note: This page is NOT about Reynolds Window and Door - the installation company located in Billings, Montana. But this could be confusing.

Norandex Windows Warranty

I had 9 windows installed that were Reynolds windows back about 15 years again. Now, most of them need to be replaced. They had come with the Norandex windows warrananty but I can't seem to find out much on them either. Apparently there is a lawsuit pending. Wondering if you know any additional information -- it's all pretty confusing to be honest -- and more than a little frustrating!!

Joseph, Reynolds is no longer in business unfortunately. The company was purchased by Norandex and then Norandex restructured during the tough times in the 2000s and ended up dropping the name reynolds altogether. If I'm not mistaken, they took the window that Reynolds made and turned it into their Viewpoint series. I think your best bet is to find a window repair service that can replace the glass on your existing windows.
