I'm not very familiar with this brand of window, but I got a bid for them today. I mainly want to know if they are any good, but also if they qualify for a tax credit.

I don't know a lot about them, they are a smaller company. They're rated by the NFRC and the double and triple panes should qualify. Just make sure that it says in your contract that the windows qualify for the rebate, I'm not sure how this company works as far as honesty and customer service so make sure to get it in writing. Their Hallmark seems to be a decent mid-grade window. It uses an Intercept spacer, which is a good choice, and has a sloped sill, colonial glass bead, and interlocking checkrail. They have foam filling as an option, and I'd request that if I were you.
