The company began back in 1956 as Wausau Metals in 1956 and 13 years later was acquired by Apogee Enterprises Inc. Then, in 1999, they changed the name to Wausau Window and Wall Systems in 1999. In early 2024, Apogee decided to dissolved Wausau and market their window and wall systems through its other window brands.

Leslie, the parent company dissolved the company in 2024. They did make quality products from the little that I knew of them. I will send you my list of recommendations for you to check out.
