Allstate Windows And Siding is a Texas based home improvement company that specializes in windows, vinyl siding and patio doors. The company has been in the window and door space since the mid 1970s and has been known to engage in somewhat aggregive marketing. Having siad that, Allstates does tend to get decent reviews from google reviewers. The company offers NT windows, which are generally regarded as w quality window and door option.
Allstate Windows And Siding gets a 4.0 out of 5 stars based on 3consumer Reviews below.
My Take On This Company: I think there are probably better Texas-based options. Having said that, you might consider getting a bid from Allstate (especially if additional options are unavailable in your area or zip code).

Hi again, I realize that I only gave you the base price for the Window World windows. Once the additions are included (for tempered glass, grids, Energy Star rated, and trim), it adds $203 per window ($263 if you include removal fees), making them $498/$558 each. As well, we got a quote from Allstate many months ago, but their reviews aren’t so great either.

Liz, I would certainly get a few more bids over Window World and Allstate. In addition, I'll send you my list of windows.

Allstate vs. Window World
I need to replace 11 windows and currently have just one quote from Window World and one quote from Allstate. FYI, the Window World quotes came in $1180 below Allstate.
The Allstate estimate went from $8700 to $4400 by the end of the presentation. Allstate has called repeatedly asking whether I'm ready to move forward, while WW has sort of let me take a breather. To be honest, I have heard good things on both companies so I'm not quite sure which I should go with.

Susan, Window World is usually the company that offers the bargain basement windows. Indeed, it looks like that is the case here as well. In general, they sell subpar windows. I don't know enough about Allstate to have an opinion.
My advise would be to find a local Simonton window dealer who can give you a bid on one of their mid range or premium model vinyl windows. These are going to provide more value in my opinion, from a company that has a pretty darn solid track record in the industry.
