Guardian Windows And Doors Overview
Guardian windows installs a number of different brands, including their own line of vinyl window called the Ultimate series. In addition, the company sells and installs NT Windows, Simonton, Don Young, Lansing, Pella, Showcase, and MI Windows And Doors. This is a nice varied lineup that provides consumers with some nice choices for vinyl, aluminum, wood clad, and fiberglass window frames. I like this approach a lot. Kudos to Guardian for their generous selection.

Guardian Windows Warranty Coverage Overview
The company offers their buyers a limited lifetime warranty, although it is unclear the timeline for their labor warranty. Consumers can also buy and extended warranty that includes a transfer provision, lifetime coverage on seal failures, and double lifetime product coverage. Warranty terms and provisions can always change so make sure to ask about the coverage at the time of purchase.

"Dane, thanks for the advice & suggestions. I've reached out to the company with the Burris windows to see what the TECHVIEW EX series quote would be. We also had a second company here in Houston that is also an Anlin window dealer quote us $45k for the Del Mar Series and the BBB / google reviews seem to be very good on installation (as well as this company has installers who are W-2 employees of the company).
Guardian Ultimate seems to be a "proprietary" window made only for the local company (and definitely not to be confused with Guardian Glass!) Although their website claims they carry multiple brands, what I learned is that there (1) is no mobile showroom, and (2) this is the only window that they actually sell, Although they list the other brands, apparently, it's a bit deceiving as all of the links go to their own window - suspect its more of a sales gimmick. With that (and the fact that they won't send me a formal price quote - all they gave me was a slip of paper with a number on it), we've already discarded this company.
We really don't expect to be going anywhere - while it's maybe not our forever forever home, it's probably our "forever until we downsize home". Will keep you posted on the Burris TechView EX quotation."
