Read 2023 Long Home Products reviews on this Maryland based home improvement company that services much of the east coast. LHP has been in business since 1945 and started out as a fencing company. Today, they offer roofing, windows, doors, and bath home remodeling services along the east coast.

Locations: LHP has branches in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Is LHP Any Good? I’m always a bit suspect when it comes to companies that offers services beyond windows and doors. LHP does quite a few services. In terms of replacement windows, the company sells the Kensington Quantum 2 series, which is a VERY good window. I’m assuming they sell a drop down window series as well, but I haven’t yet been able to suss out what that is. The Quantum 2 is fantastic though and therefore I'm going to give LHP the benefit of the doubt because I'm short on homeowner reviews right now. I have one only :)

Hey Dane, getting back to you and thanks for your advice and help along this process - I can't tell you how much it has helped us! So as I had mentioned we had our roof done by Long Home Products maybe 8 years and they did a great job, no complaints there.

We then used them last year for our windows and I have to say there were some issues with the ordering - it was like 12 weeks just to get the replacements to our house - from when they ordered them. Then two of the windows were the wrong size and so they had to ship them back and order the right size, yada yada yada, another 8 weeks.

But the company did handle it well and they were easy to work with. Not scammy. Not cheap though - our 32 double hung and sliders came out to roughly $1000 per window. But that was with install and everything. Thanks for your info on the Quantum series though, that did fill me with a lot of confidence going forward.

Hey Dane, good to hear from you, and once again great name :) I'm glad that you got back to me with your progres report on the project. There have been all kinds of ordering issues in the covid and post covid years so I can't exactly blame the company itself. As long as they handled it right and did right by you the customer. LHP sella an excellent product and it sounds like they did a good install for you. Congrats and enjoy your new windows!
