Panes Windows Reviews

Have you guys ever heard anything about "panes" brand windows? They're a company out of Toronto. The pricing is pretty good, particularly with the exchange rate, and they have a very nice online custom sizing setup. Reviews look pretty good online but who knows if they're all paid reviewers...

I'm in upstate NY and am looking at replacing my old Andersen Narrolines, single pane w/ storms. 15 windows to do. So far i've gotten quotes to replace myself from Marvin down to Narandex, Marvin highest at 13k and Narandex about 7k. The "Panes" windows will probably land in the 6-7k range, but with all the customized grates I want. Andersen's Narroline conversions are about 10k but dont come in the colors I want, unfortunately.

Nicholas, I have never heard of Panes Windows. They do have very good reviews online though. I would say if you find an installer who has lots of experience with their windows and likes the product, then you might want to consider it. I'm not surprised by the Marvin quote. Norandex makes a good window and this would be a decent budget option to consider.

You might want to also take a look at Ideal Windows. They are in NJ and have a presence all over that region. They make a great window and their prices are often times quite reasonable.
