"We went with Taylors Windows for our project last year based on the rave reviews we'd heard. Unfortunately, the new windows really haven’t made much of a difference in keeping out the cold. Paid over $15,000 for the job and the salesperson never followed up, checked the work, or responded when I tried to contact him. That part was disappointing.

Most people I know who used Taylors seem happy, but my experience has been mixed to say the least. So please post this for others so see. Thank you."

Brad, I haven't heard much of Taylors so I can't really say much about them. I checked their online reviews and they seemed by and large very possible.

$525 for the Vinylmax Radiance sounds a bit high to me, but nothing out of the realm of possibility. (Vinylmax Windows Prices) I would get the performance data on the Taylor Premium window to see how it stacks up against the Vinylmax.
