WindowRama Reviews, Prices And Ratings 2026
WindowRama is based in New York state and has been in business since 1977. The company is a window, door and skylight installation company that carries an array of quality brands and products. Notice I said installation - they do not manufacture their own windows, doors or skylights. Instead, they focus on the installation portion of the job and operate in NY, NJ and Connecticut. We have aggregate the ratings of WR from popular review sites across the internet - WR scores a 4.4 out of 5 stars from these review sites.
Our Verdict: WindowRama is definitely worth a bid if you live in a state in which they operate. Whether you go with them or someone else should depend on the price point and the overall rating of the WR branch doing the work.

Windowrama Product Overview
What They Sell: The company offers a ton of brands and options, which I love! Window brands include Andersen Wood Windows, Sierra Pacific Wood Clad Windows, Origin, United, MI, Simpson, Jeld Wen, Velux, Ply Gem, Therma-Tru, Larson, and Emtek. I might have missed a few, but they have an option for nearly all price points.
Locations: WR has over twenty showrooms across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Windowrama Price Quote vs Andersen Fibrex Windows
| Window Series | Total Quote Installed | Average Installed Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Renewal by Andersen Fibrex | $35,000 | $1,591 |
| Sierra Pacific H3 Series (Windowrama) | $28,000 | $1,273 |
| Pella Impervia | $34,000 | $1,545 |
"I'm replacing 22 windows in my New Jersey home. So far I've received estimates of about $35,000 for Renewal by Andersen Fibrex windows, $28,000 from Sierra Pacific H3 series (Windowrama), and $34,000 for Pella Impervia (local dealer). I knew this project wasn't going to be cheap, but seeing numbers like these has me second-guessing whether I'm looking at products that are simply more expensive than they ought to be.
Knowing what you now abt Jersey, do these quotes seem about right, or should I be looking at some different brands before biting the rather expensive bullet."

Editor's Advice:
Jackie, you have picked some expensive brands so I can't say that I'm all that surprised by the price tag. I like the Sierra Pacific H3 Fusion Tech window. That's probably the one I would suggest you take a closer look at, as well as the company who would be doing the install. Having said that, I'm going to send you my list of windows for you to look at and some additional options in New Jersey.
Let's circle back after you receive one or two more bids and see where you are in the process! Great start I would say.

Windowrama, United And MI Windows
"Any of these offer a bright white vinyl vs a creamy white? I was at Winowrama looking at the United vs MI and noticed a significant difference in the whites. ( United Windows Reviews )
Also your thoughts on the MI 1650? Seemed much better than the United."

Editor's Advice:
There are a number of whites that are just slightly different in tone and brightness. I'm not much of an expert in this regard though. Sorry about that.
I like the MI 1650 a bit better than the United 7000. ( MI Windows Reviews ) Neither one is on my good list thought.
I'd prefer the following: good quality vinyl windows that won't break the bank include the Polaris ThermalWeld, Okna 400 Series.
