America's Choice Windows Complaint
Dear Dane and Tim, I made a down payment of $380 on two replacement windows. That was half the price. The vender is America’s Choice Windows of New Orleans and they promised to deliver the windows by last week. When I didn’t hear from him, I called and he said he didn’t know whether the windows would be on the truck this week or not. If not, he would call me and they would be delivered the next week.
When he didn’t call, I called him. I called twice more. I didn’t receive a call back. I cannot find the manufacturer to determine if the order was ever placed.
I know it isn’t months, but the only report on this guy is a complaint on Better business bureau from 2011, which wasn’t not responded to. I just want to warn people against this guy and get out of the contract.

Alice, we will post this on a review page for America's Choice Windows. Please let us know if they do respond and resolve your issue so that we can be as fair as possible.
If you are unable to get any relief from them, there is a Sunrise windows dealer out of New Orleans that I've heard good things about. You can fill out the dealer request form on their website and they'll send you the info.
