According to the company website, if you feel you have a warranty claim, you should first contact the Andersen dealer who sold you the windows and doors. This is always the best first step to take as they will know how the process works and whether they feel your claim is actionable. Please note that the window dealer that you purchased the windows from (and not the manufacturer) is typically responsible for the cost of labor to replace the windows.
