Andersen Window Guarantee
Andersen Windows has an incredible number of warranties (window guarantees), which can get confusing. This page attempts to summarize warranty terms for consumers looking to purchase Andersen windows and/or doors. However, our summary may not include all of the details that an actual warranty would. Instead, ours is more of the highlights. Therefore, we urge consumers to read the original warranty prior to your actual purchase. Scroll down to read Andersen window guarantee summations on each of its window and doors series.
My Take On This Company: Andersen is a high quality brand, but their windows and doors are quite expensive. Their warranties are on the whole just okay.

How To Make A Claim
According to the company website, if you feel you have a warranty claim, you should first contact the Andersen dealer who sold you the windows and doors. This is always the best first step to take as they will know how the process works and whether they feel your claim is actionable. Please note that the window dealer that you purchased the windows from (and not the manufacturer) is typically responsible for the cost of labor to replace the windows. However, this is a great question to go over with the dealer prior to purchase.
