Bee Replacement Windows

Bee Window is not a manufacturer like American Craftsman windows or Polaris Windows & Doors. Instead, they are a home remodeling and improvement company - similar to an EcoView or a Victory Home Remodeling. The company is an authorized dealer for several very good brands, including the Marvin Infinity windows (fiberglass) and Sunrise windows (vinyl). In addition, Bee gets good reviews from many of the online review sites. Overall, they seem to be a quality outfit.

Indiana Window Replacement

Hi Dane, I live in Indiana and we have several odd sized windows that include 5 large sliders with half circle windows on top, as well as a 72 inch patio sliding door. Here is what I have so far.

Bee Window - Infinity by Marvin - $22K
Window Nation - Vytex Potomac-HP - $21K
Apex Energy Solutions - Champion - $18K

Adrina, this is a tricky one for me. The Marvin Infinity is probably the call if you plan to be in the home long term. It's probably your best ROI. The Potomac-HP is very good, but I think I'd rather have the fiberglass Marvin for an extra $1K. The Apex Champion window is the call if you plan to be in the home for 12 years or less. I really think this comes down to your timeline.

Bee Window Sunrise Restorations

I have three bids for 11 windows. One is the Window World 4000 that has the Solar Zone for $5750. The other bid is from Bee windows, which gave me a quote for $14,650 on the Sunrise Restorations. Finally, Terry's Discount windows gave me a bid for $8300 for Soft-lite Elite series.

Cary, the Window World 4000 series is most likely a MI1650 window, which in my opinion is a very mediocre window. The Sunrise Restorations is a great window, but that's a very expensive bid. The Soft-Lite bid is your best bet, but they don't make an Elite window. They do make an Elements window, and this is their best window series. Check with them, but the Soft-Lite Pro, Classic, Vanguard, and Elements would all be my pick for the price bid you've received.
