I’ve gone through the company’s website and it seems that Carolina Windows And Doors manufactures their own line of vinyl windows. If not, then they are very cagey about what they actually install. I say this because the company is pretty transparent about the other products and brands that they use.
In terms of doors, Carolina Windows And Doors is a platinum dealer for ProVia entry and patio doors, as well as HomeGuard security doors. In terms of vinyl siding, the company installs the Variform CSL6000 exterior system siding. Generally speaking, I like these three brands that they rep for doors and siding.
Warranty Information
According to Angi’s List, Carolina Windows And Doors does not offer a labor warranty, which I find difficult to believe. They must offer some sort of labor warranty on the products they install. Of course, the windows and doors themselves carry a warranty (although because the company installs their own line of windows, perhaps they don’t). Here are my North Carolina based recommendations and most should be available in the DFW area. These are the brands I would recommend and then when you get the bid, ask about what their entry level options are. I tend to think that the mid range vinyl windows and doors offer the best long term value for most homeowners. Additionally, I know that Carolina Windows And Doors are in your area, but I don't know what they sell in terms of their windows. So I might stick with the brands that are on the list, only because I know they are tried and true.
