Integrity External Solutions Price Quote

Hi Dane, thank you for your website, reading it has been very helpful for me! I have received a quote for the replacement of 49 windows (entire house): 33 double hungs, 2 pictures, 6 single casements, 8 basement hoppers. All have colonial / internal grids (probably not the hoppers though). It is an older house with the rope/pully internal mechanism and metal exterior frames. All in replacement cost estimate (post "discounts") is $76,000.

Is this a good window price? Anything I should know about? Company proposing it is based out of Lincoln, NE (Integrity External Solutions) – heard of them? Thank you so very much!!

Ken, I’ve never heard of Integrity Exterior Solutions prior to your email. As to the window price, very tough to say, but it seems pricey to me at first glance. The only true way to know whether the bid is fair or not is to collect another 3 and then compare. It’s just too difficult to say if the bid is fair unless you have some comparison quotes. Great window though, so you are well on your way. Here is my list of good and great windows for you to take a look at and grab a few more bids.
