Shane, I don't know about the Okna 800 product in Illinois, but yes, there should be dealer somewhere in the state? I would google okna windows illinois and see if any local companies come up who rep them. I have heard of Legacy, but I don't yet know enough about them to say one way or another. Get the bids for sure, along with a couple more, and send them over to me and I'm happy to weigh in on the best option - also include your projected timeline in the home.
