Aggressive Sales Tactics
The Vanguard is really a good window. It's unfortunate that the company has such sleazy, aggressive sales tactics that I won't ever buy from them. Sunrise makes good windows, too, and they aren't as pushy and unpleasant to deal with.

Consumer's Take On Quote
I live a little ways north of Birmingham and just got a quote from Vanguard. The price is really high, but if they are a good quality window I'm willing to pay top dollar. I was a little surprised by the pricing, but I can deal with that. My problem was the way they handle quotes. He was secretive and very insistent that I sign right away. He seemed angry that I wouldn't sign a contract. Is this typical of this company? Are all window companies like that?
