Houston Window Experts BrandsHWE carries a number of high quality window and patio door brands. On the vinyl front, the company carries Anlin, Amsco, and ProVia, and Vistamark. For fiberglass, HWE carries Infinity Windows & Doors by Marvin. On the aluminum window front, the company carries Don Young windows. Finally, the wood windows they carry include Pella, Windsor, Sierra Pacific and Andersen. Some great stuff.
Warranty InformationBecause Houston Window Experts is an installation company (not a manufacturer), they will typically provide the labor warranty on any defective windows and door. I believe their labor warranty is two years from the time of the installation date. This means the company will handle the labor cost of repairing or replacing a defective window. The warranty on the windows and doors themselves will come through the manufacturer. Best to double check with the company on their specific labor warranty as these timelines have a tendency to change over time.

Anlin vs Window WorldHappy Holidays Dane! Okay so we met with several windows people and were quoted as follows: Window World 18k for 27 windows or Houston windows experts 35k for 27 windows (Anlin Delmar window). We sincerely appreciate your feedbacks on this.
[Site Editor's Answer]Trell, if the Window World has good/solid reviews and they sell Simonton windows, then it's a no brainer for me. Many WW branches sell other brands of windows that I'm not as keen on. Basically, it's really important to know what your branch sells and whether they have a good reputation or not. Houston Windows Experts have an excellent reputation, but you also pay for the privilege.
So if this is your forever home, then I would probably say the Anlin Del Mar is the way to go. (Suck it up and get a fantastic window from a very reputable company.) However, if not your forever home, then you might not want to go that route. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple more bids on the board since your two bids are soooo far apart.
