What They Sell
Infiniti Exteriors sells the brand Provia among others, specifically the Endure series, which is the premium vinyl series and one of the best vinyl windows on the market in my opinion. They also carry Brilliance Windows for their entry level offering, which I have literally never heard of.
In addition, they sell Pella and Marvin brands, both of which are very poplar. I particularly like Marvin fiberglass windows.
Infiniti Exteriors Warranty
Infinity Exteriors offers their customers a 50 year labor warranty (non pro-rated) for their roofs, windows, doors, and siding. This is a very solid labor warranty terms as many companies only offer 1, 2, or 5 years on the labor. Essentially, this means if there are any manufacturing defects that would require repairs or replacement windows or doors, Infiniti Exteriors will cover the labor cost for the work. The warranty does not spell out whether this is transferrable to another homeowner. My guess is that it cannot be transferred, but I can't say for sure - will update when I know more.
In terms of product warranties, this comes from the manufacturer themselves. Our replacement windows warranty page lists most of the main window and door brands and the principal warranty terms and provisions of each. These include many of the brands carried by Infiniti Exteriors, including ProVia, Marvin, and Pella. However, it does not include Brilliance Windows as there seems to be no online information on this company or brand.

Okna 500 vs. ProVia Aspect
Hi Dane, I need seven windows replaced and want something that will last and be energy efficient as a triple pane. My sister has Mastic windows from 1993 and they still work great. I have bids from Provia, Okna, Simonton, and Alside. The bids ranged from $6800 to $7200. Which of these would you recommend?

Michael, Okna is the best window from the list you've provided. I wish you had mentioned the actual models, but you did on the Okna and if the Okna is within $400 of the others, then this is what I'd go with. You may want to see if the dealer will come down at all on price. $6200 for 7 windows is pretty high, although since the price were all so similar, I'm guessing there is some installation work required.

Wisconsin Replacement Windows
Hi Dane, I’m in the Wisconsin area and have been looking for some good sources for our window and door replacement project that we are planning for March. I’ve heard of Infinity Exteriors that a neighbor of mine used several years ago and I wanted to know if you had any information on them, good or bad. I looked on your Infinity Exteriors reviews page but it was a bit threadbare. Also, if you had any additional companies in the area that we might consider I would love to get that info as well.

Silvia, while I have heard of infinity, I don’t have as much info on them as I would like. However, from what I know they are a good company and certainly worth a price bid. Having said that, it’s a great idea to collect several more bids so that you can compare prices and products. Start with Infiniti bid, then see what local dealers carry any of the brands I’m going to send your way and let’s circle back and see what we can come up with! It’s a process.

Madison WI Window Replacement Question
We recently took your advice and get 4 quotes for replacement windows and doors in Madison WI. We are replacing 3 patio doors and 25 windows in total. Big range in price and no idea how best to tackle the different bids we have on the hook. Would you be able to help make sense of the following 4 bids we are considering.
Infiniti Exteriors ProVia Aspect $32.3k
Jones Home Marvin Infinity Series $48k
Local Company Soft Lite Classic Series $31.8k
Powell And Sons Okna 5600 Series $38.9K

Quincy, that’s a nice grouping of bids you have there - some great options. If this is not your forever home, then I would perhaps recommend going for one of the less expensive options like the Infiniti Exteriors ProVia Aspect $32.3k bid or the Local Company Soft Lite Classic Series $31.8k. Of course, I don't like to recommend a local company unless they have great reviews. Infiniti gets very good reviews so I feel comfortable on that count. Overall, I like the ProVia Aspect a bit more than the Soft-Lite Classic window. Both very good windows.
On the other hand, if this is your forever home, then you may want to consider the Powell And Sons Okna 600 Series $38.9K (I've never heard of Powell And Sons though so that would be the one caveat). The Okna 600 is a great vinyl window - one of the best on the market. This is the stretch that I would recommend if you plan to stay in the home long term.

Infinity Exteriors Reviews 2024
Hey Dane, I have collected a number of quotes here in Wisconsin and have narrowed it down to two. Price are much higher than I would have hoped but such is life, right? Several claimed that the replacement window prices they were giving me were so darn low that they weren't making any money, but I think they were pulling my leg.
Wondering what you thought of the following for 14 window replacements with 11 of those being double hungs, one an awning style, another an awning style with a tempered glass upgrade and finally one picture type window.
Champion Windows
(high-pressure salesman that wasn't so great)
Starting Price: $44K
Price Leaving House: $22K
Price After Texts: $18K
Champion Windows Reviews
Infinity Exteriors
(low pressure sales, great reviews)
Provia Endure (Triple Pane)
Starting Price: $14K
Price Leaving House: $13.5K

Marty, it sounds like the easy answer here is the Provia Endure by Infinity Exteriors. They have very good reviews and they sell a top notch product. Plus they are way cheaper! What's not to love...
