My Take On This Company: Moss Replacement Windows is definitely worth a bid, although Simonton Windows And Doors are just okay in my book. The Madeira series is the option I would go with over the DaylightMax.

We are in North County San Diego and need 25 new construction windows with some work and wood replacement in the frames and sills. We have been collecting quotes and here is what we have.

Anlin Catalina: $1400 each

Zander, I would probably rank them on value like this (price and quality): Simonton Madeira, Anlin Catalina windows, Revere Berkshire Elite, and Ply Gem Pro. Of course, the company doing the installation should be a big ranking factor as well.

Traci, let's start with United, which I consider builder grade windows. Moss is tricky - are you speaking of Moss Supply company or are you talking about Moss Replacement Windows out of San Diego, Ca? Moss Supply are builder grade, although their premium windows are decent. The company out of Carlsbad California sells and installs a good mid range vinyl window in the Ply Gem has a better reputation and better windows in general.
They are certainly not the best vinyl windows out there, but their Premium series are quite good. To wrap up, I would rank them thusly: Ply Gem, Moss, United. Maybe check out our Moss Replacement Windows reviews page for info on this company.
