Our Verdict: While there are Pure Energy Window Company detractors out there, I do love the brands they sell. ProVia and the once-Sunrise windows (now sold by MI Windows) are some of the best vinyl window options on the market today. Therefore, worth a bid as far as I'm concerned (and if you do get pushy sales people or have an awesome experience, please let me know so I can post your take - this helps consumers on down the line make the right decision for their window and door project.)

Pure Energy Window Company Overview
According to their own website, PEWC sells PureCore vinyl windows. I honestly don't know enough about PureCore to make a real assessment here. I know in the first review below, the company must also be a Sunrise dealer, which is a well regarded company in the replacement vinyl space. Sunrise was purchased in 2021 by MI, which has not touched the factory that makes Sunrise, although the naming now reflects the new change in ownership. So, for instance, the Sunrise Vanguard is now referred to as the MI Sunrise V4000 series.
Styles: PEWC offers the following window styles: double-hungs, casements, awnings, sliders, bay bows, picture, garden, and specialty shaped windows. A pretty standard line up of options.

David, for me, anything over $1K per window calls for additional bids. If project specifics warrant that price then that's fine, but you'll never really know unless you get a couple more bids.
MI Windows makes a great series, but there are lots of other companies that do as well.
