Selig Construction and Anlin

I have a bid from Selig Construction. My neighbor was happy with them, but I'm not sure how to verify their track record otherwise. I like that they have their own staff do the installation. So, if there's a problem they can't just blame someone else. Are you familiar with them? [PS: I feel like I might be taking advantage of your time, so don't feel obligated to respond.]

Cassandra, no problem, happy to help. I did some checking and Selig Construction, which sells Anlin, gets a 4.2 of 32 Google reviews -- not bad

A 2.5 on yelp for ‎23 reviews -- not good. A 4.5 on 15 ratings from homeadvisor -- pretty good. Kind of mixed reviews...google "Selig Construction" and read up on what people thought of them. You are kind of in mixed territory here. I would continue my search and keep these guys on the back burner.
