Northern Virginia Replacement Windows

We need to replace 10 windows here in Northern Virginia. Specifically, we have quotes from West Window and ProVia windows. Now, the West bid is sooooo much less. Is it good? Would I be better off going with the ProVia. By the way, we plan to stay in our home for the foreseeable future so I'm a little bit confused on which is the best option here.

West Window: $6.9K
ProVia Endure: $9.7K

Kate, if you plan to stay in your current home for some time, then the ProVia Endure would be my choice. Undoubtedly, this is the tried and true brand here. To be honest, I don't know a ton about West, but from what I can tell, they are more of a budget option. On the whole, I say spend the extra money and come year 12, I think you will be happy that you did.
