Forth Worth Replacement Windows
Thanks Dane. I could not find an Okna window dealer in Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) which is our closest major market about 40 miles North. I have attached 1 quote with 2 NT products already but it seems high. Just the front 10 windows on the house and the bid is $15.3K. Back has about 10 windows too but different sizes. Will package ther rest up and send them all at once later. May be a couple weeks.
I used the online tool and received multiple contact instantly. Picked a few and set appointments. Still seemed a little impersonal how they have the instant sales contact / setup system set up. I would like to know more about the installation companies "The Window Experts" which is the Dallas version of Houston Window Experts.
They Rep Anlin and multiple other lines. Their YouTube videos are educational much like yours. Also Advanced Window Systems in Ferris, TX since they are the closest MI windows dealer. I suspect we will contact both if this round of fast-paced sellers who have appointments fall short in any way.

Shane, definitely seems a bit high at first glance, although those are some tall windows so that unit window price might be close to what you would receive from other bids. That's where the multiple bids will help put the fair market price into context. I agree about the impersonal nature of the bids, but as long as you come out the other side with a quality window at a fair price. I don't know anything about the Window Experts :( Houston Window Experts is a quality operation from what I know of them.

When I googled Advanced Window Systems reviews Ferris, TX, I wasn't that impressed with the overall review scores. Hmmmm. The MI V4000 , V4500 or V4550 (I think I got that right, they recently changed the name but basically they are Sunrise windows, which sold to MI) are the only series you want to look at from MI windows.
