Company Information: Green World Windows And Doors is located in Mira Loma, California and has been in business since the mid 1990s. The company sells their windows and doors throughout Southern California using a traditional dealer network (selling through local window companies, which is very standard in the industry). They also partner with larger home developers such as KB Home and Meritage Homes to sell their products - also quite common.

What They Sell: Green World sells three window lines, including the Platinum, Bellagio, and Venetian series. I don't hear much about these window series, not enough to make a comment on their overall quality.

The Platinum and Bellagio series can both be ordered as a single hung, horizontal slider, picture, arched and as a bay window.
The Venetian series can also be ordered as a double hung, single hung, horizontal slider, picture, awning and casement windows.

I need good quality windows at a fair price. So far, I've had bids from Alpine, Atrium, and Superior. Are there additional companies to look at?

John, definitely get the bid from GreenWorld - a decent buy as long as you aren't in your home longer than say 18 years. Anlin is my favorite west coast brand, followed by Milgard and Amerimax (where you can find them). Atrium isn't bad, but they are more of budget window brand.
