Louisville Window Company Information
Louisville Window Company is a Louisville, Kentucky based home improvement company that has been in business since 1994 (the year was told to me by a friend, but the year might be a year or two off). In addition to windows and doors, the company also does vinyl siding installation, as well as gutters. Unlike window manufacturers such as Window World vs Andersen, LWC is an installation company only. However, the company gets great reviews (5 stars on 500 plus reviews on Google Local). My Take On This Company: Louisville Window Company gets excellent reviews and they sell some quality window and door brands. While I don't know a ton about the company, I think a price quote is definitely in the cards.

What They Sell
The company sells and installs a rather impressive list of manufacturers. Perhaps not all of their brands are grat, but I really like that they sell high end products like Pella Windows, along with more budget minded options such as Atrium. Overall, a good selection. Specifically, Louisville Window Company reps the following brands: ProVia, Pella, Simonton, Therma-Tru, and Atrium.
Warranty Information
There is not much information on the company website regarding warranty terms and provisions. They offer what they refer to as an industry-leading warranty on the products they sell (this piece of the warranty is provided by the manufacturers themselves, not LWC). Most window and door warranties cover product defects and damage, although different frame materials will often last for different periods of time. Generally, vinyl windows are covered for the lifetime of the original buyer.
Unfortunately, Louisville Window Company doesn't explicitly mention a labor warranty for their windows and doors. However, they do say that they offer a 10 year labor warranty on their siding services. Therefore, I am going to extrapolate that they offer that same labor warranty for their windows and doors, which is an impressive timeline. When, and if, I find the actual labor warranty that they offer, I will certainly update.

LWC vs Windows USA
We have 3 price quotes on 10 double hungs (1 of them is a double wide). First and second is Louisville Window Company which bid us out at $10K for the Provia Endure windows and then $10.1K for Simonton 5050. Lastly, Windows USA gave us a bid of $13.7K for Sunrise Restorations window $13,717. We only plan to be in the home for no longer than 15 years. So what would you do.

Jessie, I have to say this email is music to my ears - so easy! The best option there is the least expensive - the ProVia Endure for $10K. Also, I do love the Sunrise Restorations, but not for $3.7K more. Not even close. Louisville Window Company has an excellent reputation and the Endure is one of my favorite options out there. Winner, winner.
