Morgan Exteriors is a Florida based home improvement company that has been in the window and door space since 1995. The company currently has five locations in the following cities: Jacksonville, Lutz, Fort Myers, Orlando, and Tampa. Obviously all in Florida. In addition of replacement windows and doors, the company also provides siding, kitchen remodeling and replacement roofs. Quality Installation

We used Morgan Exteriors and liked everything about them. The owners handled our business and they were on top of it all. The installers were great - did good work, cleaned up and seemed conscientious about the installation. We couldn't have asked for much more. I would advice not to use NewPro (poor install) or Renewal By Anderson (too darn expensive).

I recently ordered hurricane windows, but had a frustrating experience. Now, I got a bid through Window Depot for $8500, but they never returned my call with a few questions. So, I ended up going with Morgan Exteriors. Also got bids from PGT and Custom Window Systems, but didn't love the look of their windows.

The actual windows Simonton impact windows -- there is a small label on the window with the Simonton brand logo. The windows are great so far and the install went well. I'm still waiting for the county to come do the final inspection from county, but I was very impressed overall.
