The 130 single hung window is often sold through Lowes Home Improvement stores. Generally, they are very low end budget windows. While I might not say they are part of the worst window brands, they will not provide long term value to consumers in my opinion.
Reliabilt 130 Cost
I recently received a quote for replacement windows and installation from Lowe's for the Reliabilts 130. I cannont find any information on this series type. Is this perhaps a cheaper lowe's brand they are quoting and comparing it to Reliabilt? The project is in Jacksonville, FL Thanks for any and all responses.

Rick, I found a link to the 130 model. Any window that costs $95 is not going to be very good or last more than 8 to 10 years. If you are going to shop Lowe's, I would go with the Jeld Wen w4500 series vinyl window. It's nowhere near the top of my list of vinyl windows, but it's the best of what I saw on the site. If not, find a good quality Simonton window and a local installer to put it in who has good online reviews. Simonton has a good name and their higher end lines are quality.

Reliabilt 3201 Series Cost
The 3201 is the updated or newer version of the Reliabilt 5600 window and is their entry level vinyl replacement model. It comes standard with a fully welded frame, a fusion welded sash, 3 grid options and is available in either white or almond.

Dane, what is the Premium series Reliabilt window item #? I had received a quote from Lowe’s on the Reliabilt 3201 for $9,993 plus tax for 13 double hung, no grid windows and installation. Also, one of the windows was like a picture window that does not open. It is approximately 5’x5’. Lastly, what do you think of the pricing?

Reliablt 3201 vs. Pella 250
Hello, I have two quotes so far and am very new to window game so idk what windows are good or mid range. I am getting 6 double hung and large picture frames. So far have reliablts 3201 for 6,800 or Pella 250 minus two double hungs for 7,300.

Reliabilt 3201 Prices
I purchased the Reliabilt 3201 sliding and double hungs through Lowes. Lowes did the installation. We paid $8000 in all for 9 windows & 1 dorrwall. They are so cheap. The corners are NOT welded/fused properly and the gliders and doorwall leaked with the first heavy rainfall after 3 months.
I was told by Lowe's, the salesmen, Reliabilt company rep and the installer that water in the track is normal with this style window. Our condo association only allows triple sliding windows for the two large windows so Lowes is replacing them with casement windows. I know I was sold an inferior windows & am worried these will be worse. Please help!!!

Blythe, I'm not quite sure what to say -- the 3201 Reliabilt is an entry level vinyl window and Lowes did the installation. Therefore, it's sort of a cautionary tale about going with the low end product and installer. Can you ask Lowes if you can upgrade the casements to their top-of-the-line window and pay the difference? I'm not sure what they carry, but perhaps they will let you upgrade. Have you looked at our Reliabilt Windows Prices page - there might be links to more credible brands and options there.
When the installers come, take out $50 and tell the guys that you want to give them extra money if they go that extra mile and really make sure that the windows are properly installed, plumb, sealed, caulked, etc. Therefore, if you get a decent window and good installation, you will be fine. So, do your best to insure that both pieces of this equation are handled.

Reliabilt 3301 Series
Atrium makes the 8300 and Reliabilt relabels it as their 3301 vinyl replacement. So, this is their mid range vinyl window and includes several upgrades from the 3201 such as a beveled mainframe, sloped sill, vent and an air latch. Overall, this model looks a bit more put together, less stripped down, than the 3201. Therefore, consumers can expect a U-factor of .28 and air infiltration of around .12 on the standard 3301 model.

Reliabilt 3500 Series Cost
The 3500 model is a vinyl double hung and is the rebranded Atrium 8700 window. This is Reliabilt's top of the line replacement window and comes standard with a lifetime warranty on parts, glass and the vinyl frame. The 3500 comes in white, almond or bronze, comes with an aluminum sash reinforcement, 3 grid options and has a DP35 rating. Expect slightly better (or lower) performance numbers than the 3301 model.

Trace, for me the best deal amongst those bids is probably the NT 3000 series. This is a solid brand in Texas and I think for the price (in comparison to the other bids) is very fair. Just make sure that the installer has good to great reviews.

Hello Dane; we have a quote for replacing (26) windows. Our home is a brick home in Zone 7 on the water. We are not familiar ReliaBilt Series 3900 PSE Ultra Low E w/ Argon Clear Double Strength. Price is $10,466 before taxe. Currently, we are replacing 30 year old Vinyl Windows that failed terribly.
Also, we did receive a quote from Anderson, but their supply and install was $ 54k. Also, this is our forever home so we want a window that will hold up and last. What is your thought on the Reliabilt 3900. Appreciate your time.

Hi Dane, I am looking at a large project to replace almost all the windows in my house. I received 4 quotes:
- Andersen Renewal: 76K
- Pella 250: 50K
- Provia Active AP500: 47K
- Reliabilt 3900 41k
In terms of quality of installer, so far Provia and Andersen seem to be the most serious and capable ones. Any thoughts?

Cris, the Provia Active AP500 would be my first choice, followed by the Renewal bid. I wouldn't put Reliabilt in, but I might consider the Pella 250 as a last result. With such a big project, I feel compelled to send you my good and great list of brands and options, just in case you want to continue your search. Besides the ProVia, I don't consider the other windows to be really high quality.

John, when I searched for the 3900 at Lowes, I got the listing price of $440 without installation, just on the window itself. If we assume $125 for the install, we get $565 total. Lastly, I feel like there are much better windows out there for that price. To that end, here are a few recommendations.
