The Window Guys Reviews 2026

The Window Guys is a window and door installation and home improvement company based in Corona, California (they have three locations, including Corina, Rancho Cucamonga, and Laguna Hills). On Angi's list, the company claims they will install ANY retrofit window for $75 per window. These sales teasers are often a red flag for me, but the company is a certified dealer with Milgard Windows, which is a quality brand.

  • Best For: Homeowners looking for mid-range vinyl windows
  • Not Ideal For: Anyone focused on premium products
  • Key Strength: Three locations in SoCal
  • Biggest Concern: Teaser pricing ballooning upon estimate

Window Company Homeowner Experience Key Takeaway
The Window Guys Condensation, seal failure, and hardware issues after roughly 15 years Poor long-term performance
Andersen Windows Helpful sales process, on-time crew, and strong installation experience More expensive, but better experience so far

"Our current home has windows installed by The Window Guys from about 15 years ago. I’d say half already have condensation issues, broken seals, faulty hardware - you name it, it’s got it. Compare this to our latest experience with Andersen windows. The salesperson was helpful, not pushy, and their crew was on time and did great work. Yes, they were quite a bit more expensive, but it feels like it was worth the expense. Hopefully, these will last more than 12 years from the install date."

Best Corona Replacement Window

Project Type: 2 Sliding Windows, 1 Patio Door And 1 Front Door
Location: Corona, California
Data Source: 2024 Homeowner Question

Window Series Total Quote Installed Average Installed Cost
Anlin Windows Not Provided Recommended California Option
Marvin / Amerimax / Milgard / Simonton Not Provided Additional Brands To Price
The Window Guys Not Provided Limited Information Available

"Dane: Thank you for the site. So, it is a challenge to get apples to apples information on the replacement windows. However, you do a good job! We have two locations with wildly different weather conditions. Consequently, I am struggling to identify the best vinyl windows for our needs. Lastly, have you heard of the Window Guys, apparently they are well priced.

We have a condominium in Corona that has two windows that are sliding. One sliding patio door and one front door. I estimate that a double pane vinyl is a good product for the temperate environment? Personally, I prefer the quality products as the real expense of a project is in the labor costs. Therefore, getting high quality and less frequent repairs is best for me. The difficulty is sorting out the hype vs reality. I see on your site that you like Okna manufacturing for windows. Are they good for doors also?"
Bryan - Homeowner - from 2024

Editor's Advice:

Bryan, thanks for the kind words. For the condo in Corona, California I would look for Anlin windows in your area, which tops my California list. Unfortunately, Okna is not available in California. Replacement window options in California include Anlin, Marvin, Amerimax, Milgard, and Simonton. This is where I would start. So, I have heard of the Window Guys, but have not heard much about their quality and professionalism. There isn't much on them on the internet, which I find worrisome in 2024. I say you search out the window brands I mentioned and then we look at all the bids and compare.
