Maverick Windows Company Overview
Maverick Windows is an Addison, Texas based company that offers both window replacement and vinyl siding installation. The company has been in business since 2018 and is an NT Windows dealer, as well as for ProVia doors, both of which get good reviews as far as I’m concerned. In terms of their replacement windows, Maverick offers the NT Presidential Windows, which is the company's premium vinyl window.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| NT Presidential Windows | Vinyl | Upper Mid-Range | 8.5 | $1,050 |

These price ranges reflect the average installed costs based on recent homeowner quotes and contractor estimates across multiple regions.

In general, Maverick gets excellent reviews on sites like Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, etc. They sell a very good vinyl window in the NT Presidential series. Price-wise, I haven’t seen enough reviews to make a sound judgement on whether their pricing seems fair. From what I’ve heard, their price point is higher than what I’d like to see. (Of course, the same could be said these days about a lot of companies. I must be getting old!)

Maverick Windows vs Anlin
| Company / Window Series | Total Quote Installed | Quote Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Window World 4000 Series / MI 1600 Series | $64,800 | No doors included |
| Maverick / NT Presidential | $69,592 | Includes one MAVPRO-HL entry door |
| Champion | ~$100,000 | No doors included |
| Anlin Panoramic and Coronado Series | $88,000 | Includes multiple glass entry doors |
"Champion seems to be way out of our price range. We are torn between the other 3. Have heard quite a bit about Anlin Del Mar, but not sure about their Panoramic or Coronado Series. Any recommendations?"
— Ushma, Homeowner
Editor's Advice:
Ushma, I like the NT Presidential series quite a bit and that price point seems pretty fair. Yes, the Champion price quote looks to be too expensive. I like the Anlin windows better than NT, but that's quite a price jump. It would be interesting to go back to Austin Retrofit and ask them if they could match the NT bid. They won't but I wonder if they'd come off that initial price point some - might be worth a shot just to see.
The Anlin Panoramic and Coronado Series are both quite good. Not as strong as the Del Mar series, but not all that far off of it. I think your projected timeline in the home would factor into my decision of whether to go the NT route or the Anlin route.

Replacement Windows Dallas Texas
| Company / Window Series | Total Quote Installed | Quote Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Maverick — NT Window Presidential | $51,398 | Black/white windows with added foam; patio/header work not included |
| High Performance Restoration — Anlin Panoramic | $42,231 | Black/white thermacoat with sound package |
| High Performance Restoration — Anlin Panoramic All-In | $48,681 | Includes header/masonry work and additional patio door |
"Seems that the all in price from HPR for $48,681 includes a lot that Maverick Windows does not have in their higher price."
— Dave, Homeowner
Editor's Advice:
Dave, both of these companies get get reviews. Both sell very good window series. I’d put the Anlin Panoramic series and NT Presidential as very close to one another. I guess it’s a toss up for me — I’d probably go with the less expensive of the two.
Sliders are often expensive, and since the price quotes are all basically the same, I’d say that’s the fair market price for them.
Sorry, I don’t feel like I’ve given you a lot of direction. :)
