The company sells a number of good to great brands. Specifically, these include ProVia, Ideal, Andersen, and Pella Windows.

Mikita Doors and Windows Warranty

The company claims to offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers both the labor and the products. Now, I'm impressed if this is true, but it does say that on their website. Most installers offer a labor warranty for five years max. However, there is probably a catch in there and it probably is that the labor warranty only applies to the original buyer. That's usually how they get you. If and when I find out more, I will be sure to update this section.

New York Replacement Windows Cost

Hi Dane - Below are estimates I had received that includes 4 casement windows, one picture window, and one sliding patio door. Any advice you can provide would be appreciated. This is based out of New York.

2) Window Depot - Provia Endure or Okna 700 series $7,374

Linda, all great windows and door option. If the Window Depot gets good reviews and you trust them, then I would go with them and save the money. Okna makes a great casement and they are probably my favorite window brand in the space. The Okna Starmark is excellent is I might choose this option if this is your forever home. Otherwise, I'd go with their less expensive option.
