I scoured the company’s website, but was unable to find any warranty information on the website. This doesn’t mean The Window And Door Store warranty is subpar, but I’d like to see some more transparency in terms of their labor warranty provisions. Taylor, Window Universe is a decent option as long as the local branch gets good installation reviews. Also, The Window and Door Store gets good reviews and seems to offer some nice window and patio door options. Finally, I also hear good things about Desert King Windows. So I think this comes down to who gets the best installation reviews and how long you plan to stay in the home. That's going to affect the ROI on your replacement project.

Anlin or Provia - Thoughts?
Dane, hit's getting down to the nitty gritty time and I'm down to two options on 21 windows here in the Arizona desert. One is the Anlin Del Mar window for $40.8K quote from The Window and Door Store. Or AZ Window and Doors gave us two quotes Provia Aspect for $36K or we can upgrade to the Endure series and that would take us to $44K. So, I'd love to get your take on what is our best bet from the admittedly little that I've given you.

James, all three of these window selections are excellent. So I would choose the company that gets the best reviews. However, if you are staying in the home for less than 10 years, then I'd go with the ProVia Aspect window and save yourself the money. Still a very good window, but not quite as good as the Del Mar or Endure series.
