It is important to note that AHC is an installer, not a manufacturer. The company reps and installs a handful of companies and brands, including Pella, Marvin, ProVia, Sunrise, Andersen, and Interstate. All in all, an impressive set of brands and options for consumers.

American Home Contractors Labor Warranty

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any labor warranty information on the company. I’m sure they offer their customers something (1 to 2 years is most common). Of course, the products warranty will come from the manufacturer itself. Obviously, this will differ depending on what brand you end up going with.

These are the price quotes we have received so far. Specifically, the quote is for 18 replacement windows and 2 sliding patio doors. Lastly, I would love to know what you think of as the best deal of the bunch. Also, American Home Contractors gave us bids on three distinct windows (all listed below) from the ProVia Ecolite, Aspect and the Endure.

John, I like all of the ProVia bids from American Home Contractors and those price differences are about what I would expect. As always, I love the Okna window brand, but I think that price delta is simply too much.
