What are Eagle Window And Door labor warranty terms? Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the labor warranty details on the company site, nor did I find it in any of the Reddit posts that I’ve gone through. It’s out there, and I will find it. Based on the fact that the company is pretty high end relative to other installation companies, I’m assuming they offer either a 2 or a 5 year labor warranty on their work. Please contact me if you do know this info. Thanks.

Reno Replacement Windows
I'm getting 20 windows replaced and every quote I get seems to confuse me more. I can't afford to do all of the windows at once so I am only doing the worst "leakers". I have quotes for 3 Milgard, MI windows. But when I went to look at the Milgards again to try and decide, I saw the Andersen Series 100 and loved them. One installer said they are really good for the weather in Reno - still collecting my bids so...

Al, Milgard makes a good vinyl window in the Trinsic and Tuscany option. Mi is a bit of a crapshoot, however, their higher end V4000 and higher series are the way to go for sure. I would choose this over the Andersen 100 series, although this is quite a nice looking window as well.

Favorite West Coast Window Options
My favorite window on the West Coast? I like Simonton and Amerimax the best, really don't like Atrium and Magic. My top 4 would probably be
1. Anlin - Steven Windows in East Bay
2. Amerimax - (not sure which dealers to recommend)
3. Milgard (Tuscany) - Eagle Window And Door out of Reno is a good option
4. Simonton - Tons of dealers.
Granted, I only deal with windows available in Northern California, so if you're somewhere else you might have more (or less) options. These four all have good features and are good quality manufacturing - even so I would always advise consumers to get a few quotes before buying.
