Seri, I don't know anything about the Don Young 7100 series. Therefore, I'd go with the Milgard Hermosa myself. Don Young does make a very good aluminum window series in the 8200.

Jorge, those are really good prices. I would rank them this way: Don Young 8200, NT Twinsulator, and Ply Gem 4800. If this were my project, I would lean heavily towards the Don Young bid, assuming the local dealer had a good reputation and good online reviews. Great price on a very good window!
